‘AHA Workshop Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment

Early registration is recommended, as enrolment numbers are limited. To ensure your place is held, registration and full payment is due by 7 days prior to a workshop, and by 14 days prior to a multiple-week course or weekend retreat. 

Cancellation

We rely on an accurate attendance count to confirm venue and program arrangements for our workshops and retreats. If an attendee needs to withdraw, they must inform us via email or phone no later than 7 days prior to the day of the scheduled workshop and 14 days prior to a weekend retreat.

    Single Workshops: for cancellations made less than 7 days prior, a non-refundable     administrative fee of 25% will be applied.

    Multiple-week Course or Weekend Retreat: Cancellation requests made up to 7 days prior will be charged 50% of the original fee unless that place can be filled by another registrant. We regret that no refunds will be made for cancellations within 7 days of a Course or Retreat. Please take this into account when signing up.

‘AHA Workshops & Retreats reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, and  may cancel if minimum registration requirements are not met, or due to inclement weather. 

If a workshop is cancelled, paid registrants will be notified as quickly as possible and given full refunds. Rescheduled workshop information will be posted on this website.
